Application- and software developer (Halcon & C++)

Fulltime

Your tasks
  • Development and optimisation of software applications using Halcon und C++, sometimes also Python or C# or other programming librairies
  • Integration of software and hardware components to deliver seamless and efficient solutions for our customers
  • Supporting our customers on-site with the deployment of the developed solutions to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to develop innovative vision solutions and continuously improve our products
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting and optimisation to ensure high software quality
  • Actively following technical developments and trends to keep our products and services up to date
What you need
  • A degree in science (computer science, electrical engineering) or comparable qualification
  • Solution-oriented mindset to overcome complex challenge
  • Experience in software development using Halcon and C++, ideally also with C#/.NET (WPF) or Python
  • Knowledge of image processing und computer vision
  • Experience with other mcahine vision proragaming libraries such as Open CV or Common Vision Blox
  • It would be desirable if you are famiiliar with NVDIA Jetson and have already implemented applications with CUDA
  • Experience in GUI programming (Qt, WPF, etc.), confident handling of Microsoft Visual Studio and GIT
  • Expertise with Tensorflow or Pytorch and agile software development methods (Scrum/Kanban) would be great
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Curiosity and interest in learning new things
  • You enjoy structured, independent, and autonomous work in close coordination with the team
